Beth and Alan were wonderful! Although we have bought and sold several homes, we were very anxious with this sale! An overseas assignment was in the works, and we wanted our house sold fast! They came in, brought their stager, and set us up beautifully! House sold so fast! They were incredibly patient with the daily calls and really calmed our nerves about the sale. The Stanfields also work closely with a great local lender that was able to get us one of the lowest rates available (we price shopped) and helped us close in 30 days. All around, a great team that I will definitely use in the future.
